District Youth Ministry
La matrícula del MJL consiste de toda la juventud de las congregaciones
luteranas del Distrito de Puerto Rico, Sínodo del caribe, Iglesia Evangélica
Luterana en América, enfocándose en las edades de 13 a 22 años.
El MJL declara fundamentalmente que el Evangelio es Palabra de Dios y guía
para conocer a Jesucristo, que es nuestro Señor y Salvador. Siendo la
juventud parte esencial de la Iglesia cristiana aceptamos el llamado para
trabajar en pro de su desarrollo integral de la siguiente forma:
Asegurar que la voz de la juventud sea escuchada, dentro y fuera de nuestra
Iglesia.
Promover las oportunidades para estudiar la Biblia y aplicarla a nuestro
diario vivir.
Proveer las herramientas necesarias en el desarrollo del liderato joven para
que sean agentes de cambio, dentro y fuera de la Iglesia.
Servir de tal forma que correspondamos al amor de Dios para subsanar las
necesidades humanas.
Crear conciencia de la realidad contemporánea que vive el joven, la sociedad
y la Iglesia.
Fomentar la adoración en la juventud, preservando nuestras tradiciones
culturales y doctrinales.
La directiva está compuesta de los siguientes:

Capellán: Rev. Marysol Díaz (San Marcos)
Delegado Toa: Miguel A. Vargas (Ascensión)

Luteran Youth Ministry, Puerto Rico District
The registration of the MJL consists of all the youth of the Lutheran
congregations of the District of Puerto Rico, Caribbean Synod, Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America, being focused in the ages from 13 to 22 years.
The MJL declares fundamentally that the Gospel is Word of God and guide to
know Jesus, that is our Lord and Savior. Being the youth a essential part of
the Christian Church we accept the call to work on behalf of its integral
development in the following form:
Assuring that the voice of the youth be listened, inside and out of our
Church.
Promoting the opportunities to study the Bible and to apply it to our daily
lives.
Providing the necessary tools in the development of the young leadership so
that they could
be agents of change, inside and out of the Church.
Serving in such a form that we correspond all love of God to rectify the
human needs.
Creating conscience of the contemporary reality that the youth, the society
and the Church
lives.
Promoting the adoration in the youth, preserving our doctrinal and cultural
traditions.
